The Walking Dead has been awarded a Harvey Award for “Best Continuing Or Limited Series.” A month earlier, The Walking Dead won an Eisner Award for Best Continuing series. Perhaps next year, around this time, The Walking Dead could be up for an Emmy.
They Harvey Award was established in 1988 after The Kirby Award was discontinued due to a legal dispute. The Harvey Award and The Eisner Award are the two comic based Awards that are recognized by the comic book industry.
