Walking Dead Action Figures Pre-Order and Information

Mcfarlane Toys is set to release two series of Walking Dead action figures later on this year.  The first series will include Rick (inspired by issue #1 of the series), Michonne (from the cover of issue #19), a zombie lurker, and a zombie roamer.  Rick and Michonne come with interchangable weapons and both zombies will come with detachable limbs and torso’s which, when seperated, will reveal zombie gore within the figure.  And while it already sounds kind of cool, there is no word on who will be featured in series 2.

According to fear.net, the first series of action figures were going to be released in October to coincide with The Walking Dead TV show’s second season, but Entertainment Earth (who are selling the figures) currently has them listed for release in September 2011 with the second series of action figures following in November 2011.

The people at entertainmentearth.com are now taking pre-orders for both series. The action figures will be priced at $14.99 a piece, or $55.99 per series.
