The Walking Dead Season 2 Trailer/First Look Now Online

Like we’ve reported earlier the trailer/First Look for the Second Season of The Walking Dead was set to premiere during the premiere of the fourth season of Breaking Bad.  So, if you missed it, it’s now online for you to see.  Below I will give you a quick transcription of what is in the trailer followed by the link.

We open with a shot of a forest.  A zombie stumbles through the forest as the camera pans slowly to the left to show Rick sweating heavily with a very focused/content look on his face, wearing a dirty white shirt and black jeans (the outfit we seen him wearing towards the end of Season One) the camera pans down to show that Rick is carrying a decent sized rock.  As soon as the zombie is within range (and closer to the camera) Rick jumps out from behind the tree and hits the zombie over the head with the rock.  Rick then gets on top of the zombie and starts to repeatedly bash it’s head in.  As Rick stands up another zombie comes towards Rick (the same way the previous zombie came). Improvising, Rick throws the rock that he had at this new zombie, the zombie drops to the ground as Rick starts walking towards the downed zombie.  The Walking Dead theme music softly kicks in and crescendo’s as Rick picks up the Rock again, pauses for a second to catch his breath and get his mind together, then lifts the rock with both hands above his head and slams it down on the zombies head.  Then we see the title card for The Walking Dead. With a voiceover saying that you have just watched the trailer for the second season of The Walking Dead and to go to AMCTV.com.

I don’t know what you guys think but I loved it.  Of course they couldn’t show us much but I think it’s very well done.  Especially how Rick takes care of those zombies.
