The Walking Dead Graphic Novels Top The New York Times Graphic Novel Best-Seller Lists
According to The Hollywood Reporter, The Walking Dead Graphic Novels have topped New York Times Best-Seller Lists in the “Graphic Novel” category in both Hardcover and Softcover divisions. The number 1 position for the Hardcover division is The Walking Dead Volume 1 which collects the first 12 issues of the series followed by Volume 2 at number 8 and Volume 7 taking the number 9 spot.
On the Paperback list, The Walking Dead again takes the number 1 spot with The 1088 page Walking Dead Compendium which collects the first 48 issues, the paperback version of The Walking Dead Volume 1 which collects the first 6 issues takes the number 2 spot and Volume 3 takes the fourth spot on the list.
Also worth noticing is The Walking Dead: Rise of the Governor which takes the number 18 spot on The New York Times Best-Seller List for all books.
In July 2012, The Walking Dead will celebrate it’s 100th issue.
